Jan Begg (Azulin) is the recently appointed Chair of the ISO/IEC JTC1/SC40 committee on IT Service Management and IT Governance standards. The committee is tasked with developing standards, tools, frameworks, best practices and related documents for IT Service Management and IT Governance, including areas of IT activity such as audit, digital forensics, governance, risk management, outsourcing, service operations and service maintenance.

 

Our Speakers:

 

Alison Holt (Longitude 174 Limited) and Geoff Clarke (Microsoft) are editors for the developing ISO/IEC 38505 series of standards providing guidance for boards in the Governance of Data.

 

Melanie Cheong (Alinement) is an editor of the recently published ISO/IEC 30105 standard for IT Enabled Services – Business Process Outsourcing (ITES – BPO) lifecycle processes.

 

Vijay Suriyanarayanan heads the Business Process Services for Tata Consultancy Services in Australia and New Zealand and is responsible for client engagement, relationship management and oversees operational execution. Vijay is a Certified Six Sigma Quality Professional, train COPC Coordinator, and Certified ISO Auditor.
